If you love your location but have outgrown the house, a renovation could be the answer. Many beautiful sites are occupied by houses built in the 1940’s and early 1950’s when small kitchens and compact layouts were the order of the day. The concept of a large kitchen, open plan and a master suite with a walk-in closet and spacious bath was beyond the horizon.
Very often we have been able to address these issues by integrating valuable new features into an existing structure in a way that is both aesthetically pleasing and financially feasible.
