Kitchen Remodel: Lean and Green

Design in green for today’s family kitchen can be a challenge. First of all, budgets are tight. We want more space that is carefully planned to entertain our friends with lean meals, but we have limited resources to work with. And while we have an eye on saving the earth’s resources, our own, family finances are in a pinch. What can be done?

    If there is not enough room for a man and his dog in front of the sink, you can imagine what happens when a mom and her son are both tying to cook.
